Stir-fried liver with leek

Ingredients
1. 1/4 lbs of pork liver or chicken liver – sliced to small pieces
2. 1 leek – sliced
3. 3 cloves of garlic – minced
4. 1/4 cup of bellpepper – sliced
5. 1 teaspoon of sugar
6. 1 tablespoon of fish sauce
7. 1 tablespoon of thin soy sauce
8. 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
9. 2 tablespoons of cooking vegetable oil
10. 3 tablespoons of fresh water

Preparation
1. Heat cooking oil in a pan at high heat.
2. wait until oil is hot, add in minced garlic, stir until lightly brown.
3. add sliced liver into the pan, stir continuously until cooked.
4. add fish sauce, sugar, soy sauce, and oyster sauce, stir to combine all flavor.
5. add fresh water, stir to combine.
6. add sliced leek and stir for 2 minutes.
7. add sliced bellpepper and stir a bit.
8. turn off heat, and put in a serving plate.
9. serve with cooked jasmine rice and enjoy!!
